“The Boxer”  |  Jerry Douglas (feat. Mumford & Sons and Paul Simon)  |  Traveler

Jerry Douglas’ new album Traveler won’t be released until June 26th, but here’s a special preview of what’s to come…

OH MY GOD

I have a big and hallowed place in my heart for Paul Simon.  So glad this is getting properly recorded.

I can’t even properly describe how much I love Marcus’ voice. Good lord.

I’m not sure I even have words for this. Just…I am near tears after listening to this. WHY CAN’T I HAVE IT NOW?!?!?!?!?! How is it available to listen to like this, but you can’t purchase it anywhere? THE MISERYYYYYY!

The Tallest Man on Earth-1904

The new single from the upcoming album There’s No Leaving Now.

[Bon Iver’s] first album, “For Emma,” just…It’s such a moving album, and it’s so pure. That’s my translation of it. The purity, for me, communicating with the songs was just beautiful. I loved it very much. I had a very close relationship with it. I thought it was beautiful. I’m looking forward to the new one, I’m just not ready to digest yet
